IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTIES

 

DEPOSIT: To secure your booking a $100 deposit is required within seven days of placing your booking. Bookings of 15 or more people will require a deposit of 50% of the total price. This deposit comes off the total party price and is non-refundable if you cancel or move your party less than 2 weeks prior to your booking.

 

AGE: District 3 parties are for ages 7 and above, except Arcade Party that is suitable for 5 and above. Participants must be at least 120 cm tall to play Laser Tag or drive the Dodgem Cars, passengers must be at least 110 cm.

 

PARTY ROOM: The Party Room will be available 30 minutes after the start of your party for 1 hour.

 

FOOD: As pizza and drinks are supplied to all party guests, other food is not permitted in the party rooms unless due to a dietary requirement. Additional pizzas are available at $12 each. Gluten free pizzas are available for an additional charge of $3.00

 

PAYMENT: Full payment must be made as a single payment at the commencement of the party. Individual payments are not accepted for party deals.

 

NUMBERS: Final numbers attending must be confirmed no later than 2 days prior to your party. This is the number of guests you will be charged for on the day.

 

ARRIVAL TIME: All guests must arrive 20 minutes before the party commencement time. Parties run to a set schedule and late-comers may miss out on some of the activities.

 

PARENTS: It is required that at least one parent remains on the premises during the party. The party rooms have limited space and in addition to the party guests can only accommodate 2 parents and 2 non-playing guests
